PRIVACY POLICY AND ZERO-RETENTION OF MEDIA
1. Zero-Raw Media Retention Doctrine
VANSYNT operates under the Air-Gapped Ready protocol. In local deployments, audio and video streams are processed exclusively within the Client's security perimeter. The system guarantees a Zero-Forgetting Latency: volatile data is destroyed by overwriting in RAM before the final report is issued, making any leakage of biometric data to external clouds impossible. Due to B2B audit and validation requirements, the system only retains anonymized cryptographic metadata and forensic telemetry scores on which it is impossible to reverse engineer to identify the subjects.
2. Commercial Data Capture (B2B Leads)
Through our Access Terminal, we collect only corporate identifiers (institutional emails) with the explicit purpose of assessing the viability of deployment in your infrastructure. This data is protected under military-grade symmetric encryption AES-256 GCM in isolated Cloud repositories and is never commercialized with third parties. Transmission occurs channeled via TLS 1.3 encryption.
3. Global Regulatory Compliance and Sovereignty
VANSYNT's architecture is designed to be compatible with the strictest international regulatory frameworks, including GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California). Under the On-Premise architecture, VANSYNT transfers total Data Sovereignty to the contracting entity. VANSYNT acts solely as the provider of the algorithmic logic; the physical and legal custody of the generated telemetry resides exclusively on the Client's servers.
4. Evidence Quality and Synthetic Media (Deepfakes)
The accuracy of VANSYNT's Forensic Incongruence Index (FII) depends on the purity of the source file. VANSYNT disclaims all liability for false positives or alterations in the opinion if the Client processes audio or video files that have been previously compressed, edited, or generated using adversarial neural networks (Deepfakes/Cloned Voices). Forensic validation requires native capture.
5. Exercise of ARCO Rights and DPO Contact
As VANSYNT is an infrastructure compatible with Tier-1 privacy regulations, B2B users retain at all times the permanent right of access, rectification, portability, and total purge of their contact data. 6. Legal Acceptance Registry (Click-Wrap)
By activating a VANSYNT license, the operator explicitly accepts these Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy through a Click-Wrap mechanism. Said acceptance is automatically registered with a cryptographic time stamp (ISO-8601 timestamp in UTC) on VANSYNT's servers, linked to the operator's unique hardware identifier (HWID). This registry constitutes legal evidence of the acceptance of the terms and can be used in arbitration or litigation proceedings. The eula_accepted_at field preserves the exact date and time, with millisecond precision, at which the operator confirmed their informed consent.
